How We Work

Misha Andersen Design is a company where creative spirit and know-how are nourished by the passion for our work and the needs of our customers.

Commercial process

The goal is to enter into spaces that differ

from each other in style and culture and to give meaning and value through charm

and elegance. Based on a unique Brand value proposition, we then create bespoke projects for each of our clients.

Each project begins with a comprehensive discussion to understand your business goals , identify your growth needs, evaluate current challenges, look at the competitive landscape,  establish scope and success KPI’s - and most importantly - how you want your customers to feel in your new spaces?

01

Inspiration

After exploring your preferences, our team creates a new concept based on your vision which has direct correlation with your strategy , functionality needs and additional customer experiences . The overall design direction of the whole interior design project will be in total synergy with your company goals.

02

Design

We develop a schematic or interior design, and collaborate with you to ensure every detail is perfect. Brand visibility, customer journeys and memorable experiences need to be defined at the initial stage. Materials chosen and objects selected will be part of the total design scheme.

03

Procurement

After the overall design has been fully realized, our team facilitates the bidding process with contractors and vendors. We work with more than 100 providers from all around the globe.

04

Implementation

Our Project management team facilitates all aspects of your space construction. We will work with relevant specialists and monitor timings at each project stage. It’s a turn-key project - every aspect of your interiors will be reviewed and optimized.

05

Follow Up

When your new space is fully designed, with exceptional care, thoughtfulness and innovation – and your interior design is complete - we will work with you to make sure your KPI’s  are in place to measure the new success and fine-tune possible future amendments.
